Dale Work Force Solutions in Plainview, NY is seeking a Travel Help Desk Technician to provide on-site and remote IT support as you travel to Philly-area offices. You’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, install and configure systems, and assist with user onboarding and account setup.
Ideal candidates have A+ or CompTIA, Active Directory, and at least 1 year of hands-on experience, plus the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as needed.
