Regional Operations Manager
Auto-Chlor System is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple service branches across New York City, Queens, the Bronx, and Connecticut.
Lead a $30M multi-branch region across the New York Metro area. Develop exceptional leaders. Drive profitable growth. Build high-performing teams.
In this role, you'll partner directly with executive leadership to drive regional growth, improve operational performance, and develop the next generation of Branch Managers and Supervisors while regularly traveling throughout the region to support your teams.
This isn't a corporate desk job. We're looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching managers, developing sales teams, solving operational challenges, and spending time in the field helping teams succeed.

What You'll Do
- Lead multiple branch locations across the New York Metro region
- Coach and develop Branch Managers and Supervisors
- Drive regional sales growth and market expansion
- Review P&Ls, financial performance, and operational KPIs
- Improve customer retention and branch profitability
- Recruit, develop, and retain leadership talent
- Partner with executive leadership on regional initiatives
- Travel throughout the region to coach, support, and develop branch teams
Ideal Background
- Experience leading multiple business units or branch locations
- P&L ownership and financial accountability
- Proven sales leadership experience
- Demonstrated success developing managers and future leaders
- Experience in service, distribution, logistics, staffing, facilities, uniforms, food service, industrial services, equipment rental, or a related industry
- Willingness to travel throughout the New York Metro region to support multiple branch locations
