• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 2 years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience
• At least 1 year of People Management experience or 1 year of Supervisory experience
• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
• 4+ years of Customer, Retail, or Financial Services experience (Preferred)
• 2+ years of People Management experience (Preferred)

Demonstrates strong leadership in people management and customer service, with a focus on enhancing guest experiences and driving community engagement. Proficient in coaching teams on digital banking solutions and fostering a supportive work environment.
