Job Description

The Supervisor, Manufacturing oversees daily production, assigns work to production employees, prioritizes tasks, motivates the team, and ensures production schedules and quality standards are met.

Compensation

Salary range: $74,983 – $91,891

Responsibilities
  • Assign and supervise the work of production employees to meet all quality requirements and production schedules
  • Oversee daily production to ensure schedules are met
  • Motivate the production team to achieve goals
  • Ensure employees are trained on production procedures and practices
  • Maintain production records for counts and standard hours
  • Ensure production targets and quality standards are maintained
  • Follow established safety, quality, and production improvement goals
  • Schedule and review the work of other employees
Qualifications
  • No people‑management experience required; minimum two (2) years of field experience
  • Experience in aerospace & defense (A&D) electronics manufacturing environments preferred
  • Hands‑on experience with Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes, including component placement, reflow, and inspection
  • Experience supporting RF synthesizer or similar high‑frequency electronic assemblies preferred
  • Experience with box‑level assembly, integration, and testing of electronic systems
  • Working knowledge of IPC‑A‑610, J‑STD‑001, or applicable military (MIL‑SPEC) standards
  • Exposure to Lean Manufacturing principles and 6S workplace organization practices
  • Prior experience supporting quality, production, or continuous improvement initiatives
