Deburring Operator/polisher Job Description

Work in a team of 5-8 members, primarily responsible for deburring, buffing, and polishing of medical device instruments.

• Follow work instruction
• Use poser tools to remove fine burrs
• Use microscope to inspect your work
• Use buffing motors to smooth, polish and deburr
• Use ultrasonic cleaning machine for medical device components
• Maintain necessary logs
• Provide necessary information to other team members and departments
• Trouble shoot minor errors
• Report job status/progress to members of management team
• Maintain quality, safety control standards

• Good hand to eye coordination
• Ability to speak, read (English)
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible schedule, dependable and possessing willingness to learn new techniques
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to concentrate on a single task for prolonged periods of time

• Ability to stand for several hours
• Ability to lift 30 lbs

Shift: first and second shift 7am-3:30pm or 3-11:30pm (Saturdays needed).

Salary $18-22.
