Hybrid Assembler

Job Description

The Hybrid Assembler A completes product assembly. This involves aligning parts, following work instructions, and checking that work meets quality standards.

Compensation: $30.85 hourly. Plus Benefits.

• Perform work instructions to complete product assembly in accordance to standardized work procedures.
• Align components and other parts for assembly and/or fixturing.
• Receive parts and sub-assemblies in work area and deliver material to “work in progress” work centers as per Traveler instructions.
• Ensure that all work meets quality and safety standards and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Produce and maintain a consistent quality of work.
• Perform quality checks on assembly parts using Process Specifications and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Operation of Manual and Automatic Wire bonding Equipment.

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Wire bonding Experience (Manual / Automatic).
