Manufacturing Engineer - CNC Programming

My client is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer with CNC programming to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving manufacturing processes and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, quality control, and project management. Knowledge and proficiency in CNC programming

Job Function:

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and systems
• Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure product quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issues
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process flow diagrams
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
• Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget
• Train and mentor production staff on new processes and equipment

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems
• Experience with quality control and process improvement methodologies
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD software
• Knowledge and proficiency in CNC programming

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
