About the Role

We’re hiring a Director of Strategic Partnerships & Creator Growth to build the partnership and content engine that drives Purity’s next wave of growth. This is a new, senior-level seat reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer.

Your mandate is broad and ambitious: build a flywheel of credible, culturally-relevant content that gets Purity in front of the right audiences in the right context. That means three connected partnership lanes—creators and ambassadors, brand collaborations, and platform and community partnerships—all working together to produce a continuous stream of authentic content that travels.

You’ll work cross‑functionally with brand, social, paid media, and lifecycle marketing to make sure every partnership produces content that gets repurposed, amplified, and put to work across every channel we own.

This is a builder’s seat for someone who sees partnerships not as transactions, but as the engine that powers everything.

Mon‑Thurs Onsite and Friday 1/2 Day Remote

What You’ll Do Build Three Partnership Lanes
  • Creators & ambassadors
    . Source, pitch, and close long‑term relationships with health and longevity podcasts, premium wellness creators, golf and performance personalities, functional medicine voices, and the newsletters and communities they reach.
  • Brand collaborations
    . Identify and structure partnerships with complementary brands across wellness, performance, fitness, beauty, food, and lifestyle. Co‑branded products, cross‑promotion, bundled offers, joint events, and co‑created content that puts Purity in front of new audiences in relatable, non‑transactional ways.
  • Platforms & communities
    . Build relationships with the platforms, communities, gyms, retreats, events, and membership groups our customers already trust. Make Purity a natural part of the spaces where wellness happens.
Architect Deals That Win Both Ways
  • Performance‑weighted by default. Design partnership structures using royalty stacks, code economics, continuity participation, bundles, and co‑branded offers. Use hybrid structures with modest guarantees and upside participation only when the partner profile demands it.
  • Negotiate and close. Own deal terms end‑to‑end. Work directly with talent, agencies, management companies, brand partners, and legal to land long‑term, renewable relationships.
Build the Content Flywheel
  • Treat every partnership as a content engine
    . Every creator, every brand collab, every event is an opportunity to produce content that lives well beyond the initial moment.
  • Partner with brand and social. Work hand‑in‑hand with the in‑house brand and social teams to capture, edit, and distribute partner content across organic social, paid social, email, lifecycle, and on‑site.
  • Feed the paid media engine. Make sure creator content is structured to perform in paid — hooks, formats, claims, lengths — so the partnership channel directly lowers acquisition costs across the rest of the business.
  • Repurpose relentlessly. One creator partnership should produce dozens of usable assets across formats and channels. You’ll build the systems and rights structures to make that happen.
Activate, Retain, and Protect
  • Activate partners. Onboard creators, brands, and ambassadors with consistent briefing, product education, and brand standards. Build the playbook that scales.
  • Retain and expand. Manage relationships year‑over‑year. Renew, expand, and deepen the partners that perform. Year‑two and year‑three relationships are where compounding kicks in.
