Job Description
The Senior Supervisor Quality Assurance coordinates the activities of quality employees. This includes training employees, setting objectives for the team, and leading improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage the daily activities of quality inspection team
- Effectively communicate quality concerns to quality team members and operations for improvement activities
- Coordinate training quality employees on standards and internal procedures
- Prepare and participate in quality audits
- Identify Customer Source Inspection and Government Source Inspection and schedule off site inspector
- Set daily quality objectives for the quality inspector team member(s)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in people management
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in field
Salary range:
Minimum Salary $91,092.74 - Maximum Salary $
