The Quality Assurance Supervisor coordinates the activities of quality employees. This includes training employees, setting objectives for the team, and leading improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the daily activities of quality employees
- Effectively communicate quality concerns to quality team members and operations for improvement activities
- Coordinate training quality employees on standards and internal procedures
- Prepare and participate in quality audits
- Identifying Customer Source Inspection and Government Source Inspection and schedule off site inspector
- Set daily quality objectives for the quality inspector team member(s)
QUALIFICATIONS
- No experience in people management required. Minimum two (2) years of experience in field.
