Residential HOA Property Manager

Our client is looking for Portfolio Property Manager for their residential properties.

• Oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring optimal property performance and resident satisfaction.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and compliance issues.
• Attend and actively participate in Board meetings, providing operational updates and recommendations.
• Meet directly with Boards of Directors to discuss community objectives, property performance, budgets, and ongoing projects.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, capital improvement projects, and vendor services.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements.
• Prepare, monitor, and administer property operating budgets.
• Ensure compliance with community governing documents, policies, and applicable regulations.
• Respond to and resolve resident, owner, and Board inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate property records, reports, and operational documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient property management operations.

• Prior experience managing residential communities, including HOAs, Cooperative Communities, and Condominium Associations is required.
• Proven experience overseeing multiple residential properties simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of property management operations, budgeting, vendor management, and resident relations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between properties.

The majority of the assigned portfolio is located within Queens and Nassau County
, with responsibility for approximately six residential communities throughout the Long Island market.
