About the Role
Otis Elevator Company is seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to drive territory sales, margin growth, and customer satisfaction for the Plainview, NY region.

Responsibilities- Prospect, build, and maintain customer relationships while achieving or exceeding sales objectives.
- Serve as a technical sales consultant within the assigned territory.
- Lead territory sales and margin growth initiatives.
- Retain and renew maintenance agreements through improved customer satisfaction via the MFA program.
- Manage and nurture account relationships to drive renewals and repair opportunities.
- Conduct sales planning and needs assessments to inform account targeting, including expansion within the existing installed base.
- Assist with customer concern resolution in collaboration with Operations.
- Partner with the branch business development sales team to identify new business opportunities.
- Communicate competitive feedback and market dynamics internally to refine solutions and messaging.
- Utilize Otis’ sales tools to track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results.
- Manage opportunities in the CRM pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
- 2‑4 years of outside sales experience, or experience in property management or HVAC sales.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer‑centric mindset with a desire to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
- Comfortable in a technical environment using Microsoft‑based software.
- Leadership, goal‑orientation, and strong time‑management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

The salary range for this role is $55,000 – $83,500. Pay within this range is based on education, qualifications, certifications, experience, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business needs.
