- Pay or shift range: $90,000 USD to $100,000 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

What This Role Really Is
:
This is a high-activity, field-based sales position. You will be out in the marketplace Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, walking into restaurants, shaking hands, introducing Auto-Chlor, and showing prospects how we can solve problems they deal with every single day.
Compensation:
- 1st year Base + commission expected earning potential of $90,000-$100,000.
- 2nd year Base + commission expected earning potential of $120,000-$140,000.
- Base: $42,000 with uncapped commissions.
- Company car, phone, and tablet to help you succeed in the field.

In this role, you will:
- Make 20 to 30 in-person cold calls every day.
- Build a strong prospect pipeline.
- Lease our dish washing machines, cleaning systems, and service programs.
- Work closely with our service teams to ensure new accounts launch successfully.
- Take ownership of your numbers, territory, and activity plan.
- Represent a family-owned business known for quality service & long-term customer relationships.
