Operations and Maintenance Technician

Pay rate 20 25hr depending on experience

Responsibilities Installs and monitors performance of installed electrical equipment for hazards adjustments or replacement

Assists in work needed on roofs

Repairs installs replaces and tests electrical circuits equipment and appliances using appropriate tools and testing instruments

Repairs and maintains motor control centers and programmable logic controls

Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices

Performs miscellaneous job related duties as assigned

Requirements Solar experience required

Must be able to assess and fix issues for Enphase systems

Need to be able to lift panels and set up ladders alone

Need to be familiar with enlighten app Ability to work alone

Able to use IOS and Android operating systems to submit documents and trouble shoot solar systems

Some Electric Experience Required Able to lift up to 50lbsAble to work on roofs and in attics

Valid Drivers License and Clean driving record Required Able to work alone or with a small team to complete tasks

Willing to work weekends
