Route Service and Sales Technician

Pay or Shift Range

• Pay or shift range: $23 USD to $24 USD
• The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job‑related reasons.

• Monday–Friday schedule (7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) with overtime and on‑call opportunities.
• $23-$24/hr starting pay
  , for a total of up to $60,000 annually.

• Driving a company van to customer locations on Long Island.
• Performing preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Restocking solutions, collecting payments and suggesting additional products when appropriate.
• Participating in an on‑call rotation.

• Mechanical aptitude – comfort with tools and basic repairs.
• Growth & Learning Focus - Willingness to learn and confidence to apply training when working independently managing your own route.
• Customer service & sales mindset – ability to build relationships and recommend additional products.
• Valid driver’s license - held for at least three years.
