Vehicle Operations Assistant – Lucid Motors

The Vehicle Operations Assistant is a key member of the Delivery team, ensuring Lucid vehicles are fully prepared for customer delivery. The role handles vehicle movements, inventory readiness, staging, washing, charging, software updates, and coordination with external carriers.

• Provide a world‑class customer experience to all Lucid customers, both internal and external
• Facilitate vehicle movements, including dropping off or picking up customer and inventory vehicles, loaners, and moves between locations/off‑site lots
• Manage inventory readiness, washing, staging, charging, and software updating of vehicles as required
• Assist in lot management, ensuring vehicles are well‑organized and ready for sale
• Coordinate with external carriers while loading/unloading vehicles, conduct inspections, and log paperwork as required
• Assist in daily operations of the Delivery team in varied duties as assigned by the Delivery Manager

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic automotive knowledge
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Full‑time availability, including weekends or extended hours during busy periods
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year. Drivers under 21 must have maintained a driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years and successfully complete Lucid training upon hire

Hourly range: $22–$28 USD. Compensation varies by location and takes into account experience, skills, and other factors.
