Mickey Valentine LLC is hiring a dependable Field Service Route Technician to support our growing operation throughout New York City, Long Island, New Jersey and surrounding areas.
This is a mobile field position that involves traveling to multiple customer locations each day, completing assigned service tasks, checking company equipment, handling minor troubleshooting, and making sure each stop is completed accurately.
Most days involve a structured route with a high number of stops, significant driving, and a large amount of independent work. Depending on the territory, traffic and workload, some days may run longer than a traditional workday. Weekend availability is also required when needed.
This role is a strong fit for someone who is responsible, organized and comfortable working on their own without constant supervision.
Ideal candidates are:- Reliable, punctual and accountable
- Comfortable completing approximately 30-40 stops on busy days
- Comfortable spending significant time driving
- Able to work independently and follow a daily route
- Trustworthy and capable of handling company responsibilities professionally
- Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures accurately
- Comfortable performing basic equipment checks and troubleshooting
- Able to communicate clearly when problems arise
- Willing to work longer days when the route requires it
- Available for occasional weekend work
- Physically capable of lifting and moving equipment when necessary
A valid driver's license and clean driving history are required.
Experience in field service, route work, delivery, event setup, vending, logistics, maintenance or similar hands‑on work is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
