Warehouse Receiving Clerk

Hours

The hours are from 8:30am-5:30pm EST Monday-Friday with an hour lunch

We are currently seeking Warehouse Clerk positions based in our Plainview, NY location.

• Offload inbound carrier trucks.
• Check for damages of merchandise
• Signoff carrier bill of lading on inbound shipments
• Receive merchandise into ERP system
• Keep record of vendor shipment BOL and invoices received
• Sort stock for distribution in the warehouse
• Input merchandise location for order tracking.
• Load pallets into carrier trucks of outbound shipments.
• Keep up with the movement of merchandise in the warehouse

• Experience with working in industrial/warehousing environment
• Experience providing administrative support in a corporate environment
• Demonstrate proficiency to assess priorities and manage a variety of activities.
• Ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail and quality with strong focus on teamwork
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Excellent interpersonal skills required
• Demonstrate maturity and judgment
• Able to lift 50+ pounds
• Must have a car

• -$20/hr.
