Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, forklift operating experience, and a strong commitment to accuracy, safety, and customer service.
Pay Rate$22.00
Dress Code- Plain shirt or solid-colored T-shirt
- Dark work pants (no jeans)
- Safety footwear required
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments and returned merchandise.
- Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, scan, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Verify product accuracy using warehouse management and scanning systems.
- Organize, stock, and retrieve inventory from designated warehouse bin locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control activities.
- Operate powered industrial vehicles (PIVs) safely and efficiently.
- Follow all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work closely with Store Associates, Sales Managers, and other internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Provide professional and courteous service to external customers, including contractors, dealers, and business owners.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of warehouse operations experience.
- Current forklift certification.
- Experience operating at least one of the following Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV):
Sit‑Down Forklift, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Dock Stocker. - Experience with inventory management, shipping, and receiving systems.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the workday.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional attitude.
