Job Summary
The warehouse associate will help with data entry and basic warehouse duties assigned by the warehouse supervisor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Daily purchase order receipts.
- Daily scanning and filing of pack lists and certificates.
- Contact vendors for pack list discrepancies or missing documentation.
- Receipt of product into inventory.
- Issue raw material to a job in SAP.
- Help manage inventory in SAP.
- Provide tracking numbers to customers.
- Assist Warehouse Supervisor with other administrative duties.
- Keep good records and track incoming and outgoing stock to ensure inventory levels.
- Maintain clear records on all inventory and stock.
- Organize the warehouse space.
- Prepare orders for shipment.
- Record exact arrival and departure times for shipments.
- Count stock and keep inventory records.
- Compensation: $20-22 per hour.
