Accounting Clerk

Kelly Services is seeking an Accounting Clerk / Administrative Assistant to support one of our premier clients in Plainview, TX. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and an interest in accounting operations.

Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5:00pm.

Pay rate is $16.80 per hour.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Post daily and monthly accounting entries to the general ledger

+ Reconcile bank accounts and ledger accounts on a monthly basis

+ Perform analytical assignments as needed

+ Import and record donation batches into the general ledger

+ Assist with donation and scholarship accounts to identify unused funds

+ Support staff with setting up new ledger accounts in the system

+ Work within the

Experience with accounting or administrative support preferred

+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

+ Solid reasoning and problem-solving skills

+ Basic math proficiency

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
