Hometown Tire Pros & Car Care is seeking a B-Level Automotive Technician in Plainview, TX, with flat-rate pay of $30–$40/hour and estimated earning potential of approximately $70,000–$80,000+ annually as production grows.
This Monday–Friday position focuses primarily on preventative maintenance, general automotive repair, and light diagnostics across domestic, Asian, European, and fleet vehicles.

• Perform preventative maintenance and general automotive repair
• Diagnose and repair suspension, steering, brake, shock, and strut concerns
• Perform wheel alignments and differential services
• Complete engine bolt-on repairs and basic electrical repairs
• Diagnose and repair A/C and heating systems
• Perform vehicle inspections and light diagnostics
• Service domestic, Asian, European, and fleet vehicles
• Maintain efficient production while completing quality repair work

• Minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience
• General automotive repair experience
• Basic to intermediate diagnostic skills own professional automotive technician tools
• ASE certifications preferred
• Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively as part of a technician team

• $30–$40/hour flat-rate compensation
