Emergency Medicine Physician

We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join a collaborative rural emergency department in Plainview, Texas. This role offers flexible scheduling and strong compensationin a well-supported, low-volume setting.

Highlights:

• Flexible scheduling: 1099full-time, part-time, or PRN
• Compensation: $280-$290/hour
• Malpractice:
  Paid with tailcoverage
• Facility: 49-bed Emergency Department
• Volume: 13,000 annualvisits
• Trauma Level: Level IV
• EMR: EPIC
• Team: 5 Physicians and 3
  
  APPs
• Advanced medical technology and diagnostics

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-qualityemergency care for a wide range of acute conditions
• Stabilize and manage traumaand medical emergencies
• Collaborate with physicians,APPs, nursing, and support staff
• Document care efficiently inEPIC

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (ABEM or PC with Emergency Medicine experience preferred)
• Emergency Medicineexperience required
• Active Texas medical licenseor eligibility for licensure
• Strong clinical judgment,teamwork, and communication skills
