- Plainview ISD pays $447 per month per employee toward health care insurance premiums available through the District. Premium expense above $447 per month is the responsibility of the employee.
- Plainview ISD offers a $10,000 life insurance policy for each employee at no cost to the employee.
- The district provides an online Employee Assistance Program (EAP) at no cost to the employee.
- Full access to the PISD Education Center’s gym and fitness facility (5 a.m. – 8 p.m., daily) at no cost to the employee.
