Salary Range: $37,315.00 To $41,371.00 Annually

Central Plains Center. Education and Experience:
- Must have high school diploma or GED;
College degree preferred. - Lived personal or family experience with substance abuse challenges and in recovery preferred.
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to efficiently document services in a timely manner.
- Have experience working in behavioral health with an in-depth understanding of overdose prevention.
- Must have valid TX driver's license and be insurable.
Job Purpose:
- Offer community-education on overdose prevention and overdose response.
- Provide accurate and current best practice information about addiction treatment, harm reduction, recovery, and overdose prevention.
- Offer community-based distribution of overdose reversal medications.
Job Function:
- Proficiently provide Overdose Prevention training and Naloxone distribution.
- Provide vigorous outreach throughout HHSC Regions 1 and engages community partners.
- Work as part of a team to meet performance measures.
- Efficiently document and submit reports and other data as required or requested.
