Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (4x10 hours).
On-Call Requirements:
- Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Weekends: 24‑hour on‑call coverage
- No floating between units
- No block scheduling
- 48‑hour schedules not approved
