Job Summary

This is a multispecialty ultrasound technologist position requiring a full-body tech with proficiency in General Ultrasound, Vascular, and Echocardiography. The position is classified as a Reduced Non-Billable Orientation (NBO) role with 0 hours NBO versus the standard 40-hour NBO; all orientation hours are billable for preferred profiles. The role is based at a Short Term Acute Care facility with 49 staffed beds and Level IV Trauma Center designation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform multispecialty ultrasound imaging including general ultrasound, fetal ultrasound, OB, breast, transvaginal, vascular, echocardiogram, adult echo, contrast echo, and echo stress treadmill studies
  • Function as a full-body tech covering General Ultrasound, Vascular, and Echocardiography modalities
  • Maintain expected patient ratios of 8:1
  • Participate in on-call coverage as required (Monday–Friday 5:30 PM–7:00 AM; weekends 24 hours a day)
