Multispecialty Ultrasound Technician

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift, 4x10 hours (07:00 - 17:30) with on-call duties.

We are seeking a skilled Multispecialty Ultrasound Technician with diverse experience across multiple specialized areas including general ultrasound, fetal ultrasound, OB/GYN, breast, transvaginal, vascular, echocardiograms, and adult echo. The position requires proficiency in various ultrasound techniques and the ability to assist with precepting clinicians.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations in a variety of specialties.
• Provide accurate interpretations and documentation of ultrasound imaging.
• Assist in precepting and training new staff and students.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Engage in professional development and continuous learning opportunities.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in ultrasound imaging.
• Active BLS certification.
• Current ARDMS or ARDMS VT, CCI, or RCCS certification required.
• Valid and unrestricted compact state license must be in hand at submission.
