Travel Ultrasound Technologist (Sonographer) - Echo/Vascular

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist (Sonographer) - Echo/Vascular for a 13-week travel assignment in Plainview, Texas. Responsibilities include performing ultrasound scans, analyzing sonograms for diagnostic purposes, preparing patients, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program
• Minimum of one year of recent experience as an Ultrasound Technologist
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Valid Ultrasound license in compliance with state regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer certification (ARDMS)
• Current ARRT certification in Sonography
• Current credential from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Proficiency with PC-based tools; ability to follow instructions
• Physical Abilities - ability to remain stationary, move equipment (50-100 lbs), push/pull, and bend
• Interpersonal Skills - ability to work with a variety of personnel
• Technical/Motor Skills - manual dexterity for procedures and equipment operation
• Mental Requirements - ability to cope with deadlines, work under supervision when needed, and maintain attention to detail
