Ultrasound / Echo Tech

On-call required:

• Weekdays: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
• Weekends: 24 hours (Saturday & Sunday) — weekends are on-call

Holiday requirement: must commit to working 3 of these 5 — Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day

Requirements:

• Minimum: at least 1 year ultrasound/echo experience
• Required certifications: BLS; ARDMS or ARDMS VT or CCI or RDCS

Core clinical skills:

• General ultrasound: abdominal, renal, liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen, bladder, superficial masses
• Obstetrics/GYN: fetal anatomical survey, amniotic fluid index, transvaginal, ovary, uterus
• Breast ultrasound, testicular, thyroid
• Vascular: carotid, lower/upper extremity arterial & venous
• Echocardiography: adult echo, contrast echo, echo stress (treadmill), M-mode, Doppler
• Other: portable exams, ultrasound-guided biopsy/FNA, pediatrics, emergency department

Special requirement: full-body tech capable across general, vascular, obstetric, breast, and echo modalities

  Epic (required)
• Orientation:
  Reduced Non-Billable Orientation — 0 hours NBO
• License:
  Compact state license must be in hand at submission
• Local radius requirement: within 50 miles
• Background: facility does not accept Nursys or background hits (per facility policy)
• Return staff: eligible to return after 3 months
• Submission requirements: include candidate response about prior facility work (if applicable) — location and dates
• Time off / RTO: request all RTO/scheduling needs up-front during submittal (post-offer requests may not be granted)
• Must be willing/able to meet holiday and on-call requirements listed above
