Base pay range: $29.00/hr - $32.00/hr

Hourly Wage: $29.15 - $32.65 per hour

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
