What are expected ratios? 1 Nurse: 3 Patients
Special requirements:
Nurse will need to be able to work independently and charge over a low acuity ICU. With the low acuity ICU, the nurse may be the only one staffed and needs to work independently by themselves. Nurse will need ACLS and PALS. Charge nurse over Med-Surg unit preferred, but not required.
