Join our healthcare team in Plainview, TX, a welcoming community with a rich history and a vibrant lifestyle. We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with expertise in Medical Surgical and Telemetry units.
- Travel experience and Charge Nurse experience required.
- No floating between units.
- No on-call duties.
- Weekends required: 6 shifts per schedule period.
- Standard patient ratio: 1:6.
- Must function independently as a staff nurse and in Charge Nurse role.
- Charge responsibilities cover the entire Acute Care Services Department, including MS and ICU.
- Broad clinical competency needed for patient care from 1 month through end of life.
- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.
- Experienced travelers only.
- 48-hour work weeks not approved.
- Type of Facility:
Short Term Acute Care - Total Staffed Beds: 49
- Level IV Trauma Center
- Uniforms: RNs wear Navy Blue, RRTs wear any color
- OR attire provided; wear street clothes to the facility
- Free parking in any unrestricted space
