LPN LVN, RURAL HEALTH

Join the Covenant Health team at Plainview as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in a rural health setting. The role is onsite, full‑time, day shift with potential weekend/holiday coverage.

  Plainview, Texas; must live within commuting distance.
• Onsite position – reports on site daily as scheduled.
• Full‑time, day shift.
• Flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.

• Completed education to meet certification, license, or registration requirement.
• Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse (Temporary) upon hire.
• National Licensed Vocational Nurse Compact upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
• At least 1 year of LVN experience.
• At least 6 months working in a clinical, patient‑centered capacity.

Pay Range: $23.84 – $36.47 per hour, with potential additional compensation for duties, shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
