Freedom Behavioral Hospital of Plainview, Texas, is a welcoming, 20‑bed acute geriatric psychiatric facility in Plainview, Texas. We seek a skilled, full‑time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) who is dedicated to senior care.

Essential Duties- Provides nursing and supportive care in accordance with the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care, under the direction of the RN.
- Communicates with the attending physicians and other team members to coordinate optimal care for the patient/family.
- Documents all services provided and submits them on appropriate forms. Reports changes in patient condition and needs to the RN.
- Excellent time‑management skills.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current and active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Texas license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to work 12‑hour shifts.
- Dependable transportation.
