Minimum: USD $43,800.00/Yr.
· Maximum: USD $63,500.00/Yr.

Job will remain open until filled.

• Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, and execute and complete all retail projects.
• Maintain client objectives by ensuring products are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced, and set to schematics.
• Establish and maintain client relationships, including work appointments.
• Monitor and regulate expenses with regard to position and team budget standards.
• Provide accurate and timely communication, administrative tasks, and coaching duties with direct reports.

• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• 4 years of applicable retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple duties with frequent changes and deadlines.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Travel and driving are essential duties of this job. Travel up to 30% may be required.

• Oversee and direct activities of Retail Sales Representatives and Merchandisers within an assigned territory to meet client and customer standards.
• Work with Business Development Managers, Clients, Store Managers, and retail personnel to achieve objectives.
• Perform and supervise in-store audits, merchandising, and project execution; ensure brand representation and trade relationships.

Travel and/or Driving

Travel up to 30% is required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4 years of retail experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong written and verbal communication; organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet).
