• Active Texas SLP license required
• Experience with ECSE and early elementary populations preferred
• Open to strong SLPAs and CFSE with excellent supervision available (can supervise one SLPA)
• No requirement for bilingual skills
• Ability to collaborate with school staff and families to support student success

• Deliver direct and consultative speech‑language therapy for students in ECSE through first grade
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized plans tailored to student needs
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP development
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students

• Contract dates:
  August 19, 2026 – May 14, 2027
• Full‑time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday
• Pay ranges from $45 to $50 per hour, with weekly pay cycles
