Your expertise will be vital in helping students develop essential communication skills, working primarily with articulation, language, and pragmatic needs across a manageable caseload of 3540 students.
KeyQualifications
- Active Texas SLP license required
- Experience with ECSE and early elementary populations preferred
- Open to strong SLPAs and CFSE with excellent supervision available (can supervise one SLPA)
- No requirement for bilingual skills
- Ability to collaborate with school staff and families to support student success
- Deliver direct and consultative speech‑language therapy for students in ECSE through first grade
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized plans tailored to student needs
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP development
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students
- Contract dates:
August 19, 2026 – May 14, 2027 - Full‑time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday
- Pay ranges from $45 to $50 per hour, with weekly pay cycles
