** Helicopter Pilot
** to provide medical air transportation services to Med-Trans customers. Safety is a key pillar of our services
**** Salary Range: $106,163 - $116,778 including 22% Geo Modifier
****** 15K Sign on Bonus

**** Responsibilities
* ** Working with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities
* Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FAR and Med-Trans requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties
* Maintain accurate MTC and regulatory documentation and record keeping
* Effectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners
* Provide shift change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording Med-Trans change board details
* Accountable to maintain required certifications and ongoing training
** Minimum Requirements
* ** Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
* Helicopter instrument rating
* Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
* 2,000 Total Flight Hours
* 1,500 Helicopter Hours
* 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
* 1,000 Hours Turbine
* 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided)
** B407 Experience Preferred

While on duty, he or she is responsible for ensuring that all Med-Trans policies and directives, FAA, State and local  regulations are complied with.

All Med-Trans aircraft are operated single pilot in a highly dynamic environment during operations both day and night. Pilots are expected to be ready to evaluate any mission request immediately upon notification. Our medical teams are extensively trained to act  as productive crew members in the flight setting and are an integral part of the success of every mission.

Med-Trans has an opening for a Helicopter Air Ambulance pilot in Plainview, TX. This position is a 7 on and 7 off. Alternating 7- 12 hour day shifts and 7- 12 hour night shifts with 7 days off in between.
