Key Responsibilities- Support the month‑end and year‑end close processes.
- Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts.
- Complete balance sheet and bank account reconciliations.
- Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting.
- Analyze account activity and investigate discrepancies.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed.
- Assist with audit preparation and provide supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure adherence to internal controls.
- Partner with other departments to research and resolve accounting‑related questions.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies.
- Take on additional accounting responsibilities as the organization continues to grow.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Previous professional accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month‑end close.
- Experience with journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP or accounting software preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Compensation up to $95,000 annually, depending on experience.
