- Host Site Liaison: Managing primary communication with various organizations and external sites interested in hosting upcoming training sessions.
- Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinating session specifics, including sourcing qualified facilitators, aligning schedules across multiple parties, and confirming venue details.
- Database Management: Executing data entry and maintaining accurate records of session details within the internal tracking system.
- Comprehensive Correspondence: Managing professional email workflows for participants, facilitators, and hosts regarding registrations, preparatory requirements, and session updates.
- Survey Administration: Distributing evaluation tools via Survey Monkey and tracking metrics to report on participant feedback and outcomes.
- Reporting Assistance: Supporting the preparation of formal documentation and required compliance reports.
- Resource Preparation: Overseeing the assembly and distribution of all session materials, including manuals, handouts, and participant packets.
