Blue Jay Dental is seeking a skilled and personable Associate Dentist to join our clients excellent practice in Plainville, CT. The practice has a large active patient base, a strong office culture, and offers a fantastic opportunity for professional growth. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate bedside manner, strong communication skills, and a passion for patient care.

Position Overview:

  • Full-time opportunity with a strong patient base and supportive office culture
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience required (GPR experience a plus)
  • Modern practice with advanced technology including CBCT, iTero, and Cerec
  • Schedule:

    Monday to Thursday
  • Excellent work-life balance with no weekend shifts

Compensation:

  • Strong minimum guarantee and percentage of collections
