5th Grade Long Term Substitute Teacher

Prior experience in elementary teaching preferred. Ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in curriculum, instruction, and assessment, establish strong connections with students and families, collaborate effectively within a team, excel in classroom management, and possess a sense of humor and enthusiasm. Exceptional interpersonal skills, professionalism, integrity, and the ability to collaborate with all staff members are essential. A bachelor's Degree and Connecticut certification (K-5) are required.

Position is anticipated to begin February 1st and end TBD.

Long term substitute rate of pay is $150 per day for the first 40 days, and then the BA rate of the teachers' bargaining contract.
