Position: Building Substitute - Plainville High School Through the End of the 2026-2027 School Year

Building Substitute Teacher

Assignment for a daily building substitute teacher is available at Plainville High School. A Bachelor's degree is required. Substitute teachers must be able to follow instructions and lesson plans left by the teacher. As a substitute teacher you must be able to work with a variety of students with special education needs. Excellent communication skills are required. Substitute teachers must be reliable and have a positive attitude.

Building substitutes are utilized across various grades, departments and classes and must be versatile and flexible. Substitute compensation rate is $125.00 per day or $150.00 per day if Certified.
