A leading design and engineering firm in Plainville, Connecticut is looking for a Design Drafter to lead complex 3D designs and mentor junior drafters. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in drafting/design within the mechanical or industrial fields, particularly in the boiler industry. Key responsibilities include creating detailed 3D models, reviewing specifications, and supporting project teams.

Proficiency with Autodesk software is essential. Up to 20% travel may be required.
