• Develop and maintain production schedules to support customer demand and maximize manufacturing efficiency.
• Create, release, monitor, and close work orders while coordinating material availability through ERP/MRP systems.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Warehouse teams to resolve scheduling issues and maintain workflow.
• Track production performance, maintain accurate inventory records, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• High school diploma or GED with 1‑4 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, inventory control, or a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience with ERP/MRP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or JobBOSS.

Salary: $80,000‑$95,000 annually ($38.50‑$45.50 per hour), based on experience.
