• Build, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair progressive, compound, and transfer stamping dies to support production operations.
• Fabricate precision tooling components using manual machine tools, including mills, lathes, and grinders, while interpreting blueprints and GD&T specifications.
• Perform preventive maintenance, die setups, repairs, and modifications to improve tool performance, minimize downtime, and ensure part quality.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to troubleshoot tooling issues, support die tryouts, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Experience building, repairing, and maintaining progressive stamping dies in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency operating manual machining equipment, including mills, lathes, grinders, and precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T specifications with strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and the ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing for extended periods and lifting as needed.

• Experience with CNC machining equipment and CAD/CAM software.
• Background supporting high-volume metal stamping or precision manufacturing operations.

Pay Range: $30-$40/hr
