Job Description / Responsibilities- Engage customers with enthusiasm and explain product features to enhance their shopping experience.
- Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence.
- Help customers interpret and clarify account statements and pay their bills in the store.
- Answer questions, process changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and handle general service requests.
- Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
- Provide expert‑level understanding of technology, especially Comcast products and services.
- Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
- Create a fun and competitive environment, connecting products and services to customers' everyday lifestyles.
- Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to adjust to a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
- Ability to carry or lift 25‑pound boxes and move around the store constantly.

Salary and CompensationBase Pay: $18.00 per hour.
Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $25.69 per hour.
Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve sales targets.
