Retail

The Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic, sales‑focused role that is crucial to our team's success. This position involves providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone, building strong relationships with customers, promoting our products and services, and establishing clear time commitments for service appointments. The role also conducts transaction procedures with precision and efficiency, and offers an opportunity to thrive in a fast‑paced automotive retail environment.

Pay Range: $18.40 - $27.49

• Operate as a motivated sales individual.
• Build customer satisfaction & loyalty.
• Merchandise, advertise, and promote products and services.
• Respond energetically to every customer, both on the phone and in the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• At least two years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Ability to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Problem‑solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Valid automobile driver's license at all times and able to drive customer and company vehicles.
