White Cap is hiring immediately for a Counter Sales Associate to engage with walk-in, phone, and will-call customers, process orders, and provide product guidance. You’ll quote prices, enter orders, and pull items as needed while identifying upsell opportunities to support company growth.
Preferred candidates have proven customer service success, familiarity with sales order software (Oracle), and basic knowledge of construction and industrial products. Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus.
