• Electrical System Installation
  – Install, maintain, and replace electrical systems and components, including wiring, panels, outlets, switches, light fixtures, and circuit breakers in residential homes

• System Inspections & Testing
  – Conduct inspections and electrical tests to ensure safety, functionality, and code compliance

• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics
  – Diagnose electrical problems, identify system malfunctions, and provide effective solutions

• Customer Interaction
  – Communicate with homeowners to explain electrical issues, recommend solutions, and provide service updates

• Code Compliance
  – Ensure all electrical installations meet national, state, and local electrical codes

• Service Calls & Estimates
  – Respond to service requests, handle call-outs, and provide accurate cost estimates for proposed electrical work

• Documentation
  – Use
  Service Titan
  to accurately record service calls, installations, repairs, and materials used

• Safety Compliance
  – Follow all electrical safety standards, PPE usage, and best practices to ensure safe and efficient service

• Customer Service
  – Deliver outstanding service with professionalism, courtesy, and a customer-first mindset

• Experience
  – 3+ years of experience as an electrical installer or in a similar residential electrical role

• Licensing
  – Valid electrical license, if required by state or local regulations

• Technical Knowledge
  – Strong understanding of residential electrical systems, panel installations, wiring, outlets, lighting, and code requirements

• Service Software
  – Familiarity with
  Service Titan
  or similar field service management tools is a plus

• Communication Skills
  – Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to explain technical work clearly to customers

• Attention to Detail
  – Ability to perform accurate installations and diagnostics while maintaining high safety and quality standards

• Customer-Focused
  – Dedicated to delivering top-tier service and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Driver’s License
  – Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
